The trainers are great at running challenging yet rewarding classes. Every session is different so that keeps things interesting and the trainers are only all too happy to help you out with all things fitness, including nutrition guidance. It's a great 'community' of members who are also really supportive of each other. Whether you like going 4 or more times a week and really pushing yourself, or whether you prefer to go once or twice a week and take it a little easier, Studio 209 caters for all and that's what makes the place so enjoyable!
