How it works....
We offer flexible hours that allow our members to train in their own time and at their own pace.
You can train at any time in-between our opening times. No need to rush to hourly start times, no need to wait for the next class if you are late, no more waiting lists! 🙌🏼
Our workouts (including warm up & cool down) last roughly 60 minutes so all you need to do is leave enough time to complete the full workout before we close.
